Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Membership Fees

Membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, if your membership application is not approved, a full refund will be processed within 14 business days.

2. Event Registration

Cancellations made 14 days or more before an event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made 7-13 days before an event: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before an event: No refund.

3. Hall Booking

Deposits for hall bookings are refundable if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the deposit.

4. Certificate Services

Fees for certificate issuance are non-refundable once processing has begun. If we are unable to process your request, a full refund will be provided.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our accounts department at finance@mccchamber.org with your transaction details and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 14-21 business days.

6. Exceptions

In extraordinary circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the MCC Chamber management.
